Description

Casazzurra is located in via Monte San Michele, in front of the stone house, 30 meters from the beach of Sampieri, in the street parallel to the seafront.

The house is larger than the other two apartments and everything has been designed for maximum comfort.

There is an internal courtyard, typical of Mediterranean homes, furnished with taste and attention to detail. In the shade of a lush bougainvillea you can cook and eat outdoors using the outdoor kitchenette.

If needed, a table can be added.

Outside there is a hot / cold shower.

The apartment consists of a living room (where there is a comfortable sofa that can also act as a single bed) and two double bedrooms (one of them also has a single bed).

The living room is equipped with a humidifier fan.

In both bedrooms there are plasma televisions, ceiling fans and hot / cold air conditioning.

For children there are cribs 0-2 years, bed rails, strollers, high chairs, baby bath, baby food and potty sets, books and toys.

Casazzurra has a large bathroom complete with all accessories and, in addition, a small bathroom with sink and toilet, which can be accessed from one of the two bedrooms.

The internal kitchen corner is equipped with a hob with electric oven and small oven, microwave, coffee maker, cappuccinatore, kettle and washing machine. A rich supply of dishes, pots and various accessories for cooking completes the kitchen equipment.

Linen is provided for all guests.

WIFI internet is free.

Umbrella, armchair, high chairs, mats and games for the beach are also available.

Each Casazzurra object has been chosen by the owner, who also takes care of furniture: all strictly blue ... including the fire extinguisher!

FINAL CLEANING: € 40

Pets are accepted, at a price of € 5 per day and € 35 per week for each.  

• Minimum stay 2 nights.

• Check-in starting from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.

• Tourist tax for the Municipality of Scicli equal to € 1.00 per person and per day (for a maximum of 10 days of stay). Children under 12 years of age are excluded from paying the tax.

• The costs of electricity, water, linen and initial cleaning are included in the price of the stay.

• If midweek cleaning is required, the costs are borne by the guest. Final cleaning is paid according to the tariff.

• The stay is preferably from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

• Babies from 0 to 24 months do not pay (cribs 0-2 years old, bed rails, strollers, high chairs, baby food service, potties, baby bath tub are available).

How to get

Via San Michele, n° 21, 97018 Sampieri

From Catania airport, take the Siracusa-Gela motorway and exit at the Ispica-Pozzallo tollbooth. At the exit, after about 1 km, there is an overpass: as soon as you pass it you must turn left following the signs for the SP66 coastal road. Then take the SP66, following it until, on the right, you will find the signs for Sampieri.

From Comiso airport, take the SP5 and then follow the SP4 in the direction of Comiso. From there continue first on the SP20 in the direction of Santa Croce Camerina and then on the SP36 and SP25 in the direction of Marina di Ragusa. Then take the Lungomare Andrea Doria and follow the SP63 until the junction with the SP89. From there continue on the SP89 towards Donnalucata. Then continue on the SP64 and SP65 in the direction of Sampieri.

Once you arrive at the roundabout at the entrance to Sampieri, take the third exit on the left towards via Carignano and the historic center, park in the Flavio Gioia square or in neighboring areas (almost everywhere there is free parking, but you have to pay attention to the areas in where there is no parking) and walk to via Monte San Michele. The entrance to Casazzurra is in via Monte San Michele, n° 21, a road parallel to the seafront.
