Once the payment has been made, please send by email to f.paternocastello@gmail.com both a copy of the bank transfer and a copy of the identity document and tax code of the person making the booking, as well as the names of all guests complete with nationality, place and date of birth.
It is also necessary to carefully read and accept in writing the Rental Regulations which can be found in the link below. Please send the signed copy of the Rental Regulations by email to f.paternocastello@gmail.com
At the time of check-in in the apartment, the balance must be paid in CASH, together with the deposit of € 200.00 - as indicated in the "Rental Regulations" - and sign the tourist rental contract. It’s mandatory to pay the touristic taxes for the Municipality of Scicli, equal to € 1.00 per person and per day (for a maximum of 10 days of stay). Children under 12 years of age are excluded from paying the tax.
