Reached by a striking stone staircase, the apartment opens onto a bright living room with a double bed, full kitchenette, dining table and TV. An automated Velux window and ceiling fan provide pleasant coolness. A hot/cold air conditioner regulates indoor temperature. The living area leads to a cute little room with a bunk bed, ideal for children. The bathroom is complete with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer. A small terrace equipped with a table and chairs for four people invites you to relax outdoors and enjoy the sea view. The apartment is equipped with household linen, towels and beach accessories. Baby beds, games and equipment are also available to make families' stay even more enjoyable. Artwork and furnishings made by the owner give the environment a unique and personal touch.

Minimum stay of 3 nights

Check-in from 16:00 check-out by 10:00. Check-in after 21:00 has an extra charge of €20.00.
Tourist tax for the Municipality of Scicli equal to € 1.00 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 days of stay). Children under 12 years of age are excluded from paying the tax.
The costs of electricity, water, linen and initial cleaning are included in the price of the stay.
If midweek cleaning is required, the costs are borne by the guest. Final cleaning is paid according to the tariff.
The stay is preferably from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with the owner. In August the minimum stay is one week, unless otherwise agreed.
Babies from 0 to 24 months do not pay (cribs 0-2 years old, bed rails, strollers, high chairs, baby food service, potties, baby bath tub are available).

Getting there

From Catania airport, take the Siracusa–Gela motorway and exit at the Ispica–Pozzallo toll station. After the exit, head towards Pozzallo. About 1 km from the toll station you’ll reach an overpass: just after crossing it, turn left following the signs for the coastal road SP66. Continue along the SP66 until you see the signs for Sampieri on your right.

From Comiso airport, take the SP5 and then follow the SP4 towards Comiso. From there, continue on the SP20 towards Santa Croce Camerina, then take the SP36 and SP25 towards Marina di Ragusa. Enter Lungomare Andrea Doria and follow the SP63 until the junction with the SP89. From there, continue on the SP89 towards Donnalucata. Then follow the SP64 and SP65 towards Sampieri.

Once you arrive at the roundabout at the entrance to Sampieri, take the third exit on the left towards Via Carignano and the historic center. Park in Piazzetta Flavio Gioia or in nearby areas (parking is generally free, but pay attention to no-parking zones). From there, walk to Via Monte San Michele.

The entrance to Casa di Pietra is at Via Monte San Michele, No. 6, a street parallel to the seafront.

Dopo mesi di isolamento e distanziamento, un modo magico per tornare alla vita. Sampieri un borgo romantico e salutare fuori dalla frenesia del nostro tempo, ma con la comodità dei servizi. Casazzurra incantevole, curata nei minimi dettagli e pronta a fornire qualunque oggetto possa essere necessario. Fernanda è un’ospite straordinaria, sempre presente e disponibile. Vacanze indimenticabili che ci hanno fornito le energie fisiche ed emotive per affrontare il “ripartire” dopo un lungo periodo di stallo. Grazie Grazie Grazie

Cara Fernanda, ti ringraziamo per le magnifiche vacanze che abbiamo trascorso a Sampieri e dintorni. La tua casa ci ha concesso la comodità di vivere come se fossimo a casa nostra e allo stesso tempo vivere la novità di una nuova casa arredata con gusto e nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima e con tutti i servizi per accedere alla spiaggia e al supermercato. Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo piccolo paradiso chiamato Sampieri e ci piacerebbe soggiornare nuovamente a Casazzurra. Un abbraccio

L'appartamento è fantastico, ben posizionato, lo consiglio vivamente! Sebbene l'intera regione sia bellissima, Sampieri è particolarmente attraente e accogliente. È utile avere un'auto nel caso in cui si desideri andare in uno dei paesi adiacenti per cena o pesce fresco.

Siamo ritornati a Casazzurra di Sampieri per la seconda volta e appena entrati abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere attesi. L'ambiente, la casa e anche i vicini ti fanno sentire pienamente a tuo agio a tal punto che fai fatica a pensare di non essere a casa tua. Aprire il frigo e scoprire che qualcuno ha già pensato alla cena (grazie!), trovare ogni cosa al suo posto e avere sempre qualcuno a cui riferirti per qualsiasi problema, sono cose impagabili. Quindici giorni indimenticabili per me e la mia famiglia.

Lasciamo Sampieri dopo una settimana tra spiagge, bagni, città d'arte, gite in gommone e belle mangiate!! Il tutto accompagnato da un piacevole soggiorno nella ospitale e funzionale Casa del pescatore.

Ci siamo stati per ben due anni - 2010 e 2012 - in particolare nella Casa di pietra, niente all'interno è lasciato al caso, tutto è studiato nei minimi particolari. La predominanza del blu colpisce immediatamente, tutto è blu dalle mollette del bucato al sapone per le mani e al ferro da stiro.... Tutto dico. La location è ben nota dato che vi è stata girata una famosa serie televisiva. Il paesello si distingue da tutte le altre stazioni balneari accanto per le sue casupole bianche dei pescatori e la bellissima e lunghissima spiaggia con le sue dune...Speriamo non cambi mai.

Una casa dal sapore unico, pulita, accogliente, comoda alla spiaggia...un'accoglienza altrettanto calorosa così come la gente della Sicilia sa fare. Sampieri è un paese molto caratteristico con tutte le comodità per soggiornarvi. Le spiagge ed il mare sono splendidi. Inoltre è un'ottima base per visitare il ragusano e le sue bellezze: Ragusa, Scicli, Noto, Modica, il castello di Donnafugata... È stata una vacanza che conserviamo nel cuore.
